Noodle House tdai Restaurant in Fairbanks

If you’re from out of state and are looking for a small “mom and pop” restaurant, this is a good one.

This was an amazing dining experience, as a vegetarian there were lots of options. I ordered the fried rice with tofu and my girlfriend got the pad tofu rice, both were amazing. This was honestly some of the best vegetarian food we've have ever had. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would and If i didn't live in California I would be here every week.

Drunken noodles are awesome! The owners are extremely friendly. The food was fresh and served quickly. If you are in town this is definitely worth the stop.

Comfy little place with good food. I got the Panang curry with chicken and it was yummy. The Fresh and Thai spring rolls were absolutely amazing.

I have eaten here about 7 times now, with co-workers and my wife and we all love it. The service is great and the food is excellent. Such a nice hole in the wall restaurant.

Excellent service, but comes to find out my wife and daughters pho. Had a piece of knotted hair in their food. Sorry but its a one star for me

Great food, critical review to follow. Food was amazing. Better than my normal Thai spot in town. Service was good and bad The good: my glass was full, our food came fast. The bad: the server was short, rude tones posture, sighs etc. The tables had been bussed and reset, but visibly dirty and had sticky spots. Men's room was very dirty, when that day the kitchen staff was male, makes me nervous. So really Great food, not so good everything else for my visit.

Had a "breakfast" here. Took an hour to get the meal - no exaggeration there. Food was cold when we got it and was really awful.

I just had house noodles. It was very tasty and a big portion. Very friendly staff. Will come again.

First timers! Just found out the Aviator steakhouse was gone and replaced by the Noodle House. We enjoyed two dinner entrees (Drunken Noodle and House Noodles) and both were outstanding. We had Spring Rolls for an appetizer, also very delicious! We will definitely be back!! Thanks!

Good food. They were out of a few menu items. Service from the older woman was good. Place was very empty and I was there at the end of the day. Not sure I would go back.

Only 4 stars because the ambiance of the restaurant was a little lacking. There was no music and we were the only people there, so it felt a little akward with the waitres hanging around. Great service though! The food tasted good. The spring rolls were rolled a little loose, however the taste of everything was delicious.

Very friendly intresting experience. The soup was cool how you able to cook right at the table then allow you to cook it yourself. One thing the noodles and ingredients were almost hard to accurately cook. My soup I had a lacked flavor and good taste...

Excellent service, excellent value on food. The staff serve food from the heart. The Pho noodles surpass expectations. I can have authentic Vietnamese as well as Lao-Thai food all at the same downtown restaurant. That's a unique find among a high number of Thai restaurants for such a small town.

I get take-out several times a week from here because the food is so delicious! I've tried almost everything on the menu and would have them all again. I can't say enough about the food, it is fantastic!

I eat there once a week at least. The family recipes are delectable. And the cozy and relaxing atmosphere is just as important to me.

This isn't always where we go for Thai food, but it's definitely one of our top three. The house curry is amazing and a must-try if you're partial to both curries and peanut sauce.

Great food with reasonable prices I ordered two meals to go one for myself and one for a co-worker and received so much food we where able to share with 4 other co-works only paid $24.00 for an order of drunken noodle and Chicken pad Thai they did an excellent job I will be a returning customer the restaurant it has a cabin like feel to it but the employees are vary warm and vary friendly and They make you feel as if your dining with family I enjoy it each time I go

Love the food here. My personal favorites are the chicken asparagus stir-fry and the red curry with tofu or beef. Definitely give their food a try if you haven't! Super fast (every time I order it's ready in 10-15 min!), friendly service and most important, tasty!

The best!!! This place is a throwback to my regular best thai food ever...SWEET BASIL is reborn, as NOODLE HOUSE!!! Another best experience ever!!! with the sweet lady that runs it and serve people, she remember me from years ago even though I look totally different have a full beard!!! what I ordered was the giveaway, pad himalai with pineapple haha the best!!!!!

Both Pad Scallop and Seafood Soup were exceptional!! The place is unassuming but the food is amazing. Great value!
